Shipping&Handling
We ship across Canada&USA via ground carriers(e.g. Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator) to your delivery address. Please refer to the tracking number for up-to-date delivery information.
Order Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days excluding holidays.
The estimated lead time for backordered items is generally marked on our website. If the lead time is different or delays occurring, we will inform you in a timely manner.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
International shipping
Please contact us at support@cloudote.com for international shipment availability of your destination and estimate shipping cost if you are outside Canada&USA.
Taxes&Duties
Canadian customers will be responsible for the payment of all applicable federal and provincial taxes, including federal Goods and Services Tax(GST), Provincial Sales Tax(PST) and Harmonized Sales Tax(HST).
US&International customers will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
